Our Mentoring Program is certain to be a rewarding experience. You will be contributing to the growth of Elaine’s Lily key talent to ensure future success.  Most importantly, it will help you build character, integrity and prepare you with various tools as an active participant of our organization.

The purpose of this program is to establish a mentoring relationship that will provide you with the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally in developing goals, as well as enable our organization to build talent internally.

Participant selection is based on a variety of criteria, including observation, interaction and/or a request of a parent and/or teacher.

Girls receive challenges to becoming critical thinkers on ethical issues and making responsible decisions.

We encourage and instill sound education (STEM focused) and self-confidence with community minded initiatives. We are helping to mold and shape the next generation of educated and powerful youth.

Our goal is to have a well-rounded youth. Teaching them the importance of a great character and integrity while exhibiting the following attributes: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.
